UMJ Engineering is currently looking for Site Supervisor with the following requirements. This is on-site role as a Site Supervisor located in Kempas, Johor Bharu, Malaysia.

Requirements

  • Diploma in Mechanical, Civil, or Electrical Engineering.
  • Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Minimum of 1 years in Fire Protection Systems.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Good working attitude; able to perform well under pressure.
  • Capable of liaising with consultants and contractors to resolve site technical issues.

Job description

  • Manage and supervise projects focused on firefighting systems.
  • Manage subcontractors and site teams to ensure timely completion and quality work.
  • Ensure installation works comply with system drawings, BOMBA requirements, and client specifications.
  • Identify and resolve on-site technical issues during installation and commissioning.
  • Conduct site inspections, testing & commissioning.
  • Liaise with project engineers, consultants, and clients
  • Ad Hoc Responsibilities: Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the management.

Pay: RM2, RM3,500.00 per month
