Responsible for supervising and lead the sales team to achieve operational targets by providing business plans, and monitoring the performance of the sales team.
- Coaching the sales team to deliver a standard of customer care consistently, while taking actions to make room for future growth.
- Implement marketing campaigns and product launch strategies; ensure that all business process standards are observed.
- Oversee the activities of the sales team to ensure their activities abide by the company’s policies and procedures.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and proactively identify for new business opportunities.
- Execute sales and marketing activities to achieve sales targets within assigned territories.
- To attend to clients' feedback and inquiries.

**Requirements**:

- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia. Additional competency in other direct languages will be an added advantage.
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required.
- Result-oriented with a high degree of self-motivation, positive mind, resourceful, dynamic, the ability to work independently with minimum supervision and able to work in a team environment.
- Familiar with theselling industrial productsor FMCG sales experience will be an added advantage.
- Preferred with familiar infurniture material.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel outstation/overseas.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
