Admin Assistant

We are looking for an admin assistant to assist in our Marketing department.
**Job Descriptions**:
- 1. Coordinate with Key Account Managers and Key Account Executives to achieve sales objectives.
2. Maintain accurate and complete customer account information.
3. Provide responses to customer inquiries in a professional manner.
4. Resolve customer issues/concerns in a timely manner.
5. Ensure customer satisfaction by providing high quality customer service.
6. Support and manage existing customer accounts.
7. Provide daily support of business operations to customers.
8. Identify business initiatives and improvements.
9. Prepare business presentations, reports and proposals for customers.
10. Prepare and deliver customer account reports in timely and accurate manner.
11. Manage change requests for customer accounts.
12. Ensure consistency and accuracy of customer accounts deliverables.
**Requirements**:
2. Computer skills with proficiency in MS Office.
3. At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
4. Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Marketing/Business Development, Customer Service or equivalent.
5. Good communication skills both written and spoken of English Language and Bahasa Malaysia.
6. Fast learner and independent.
7. Able to work in Subang Jaya, Selangor.
**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
