Site Supervisor

**Working Days**: 5.5 days per week

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily cleaning operations across **buildings**:

- Manage a team of **20-30 cleaners**, ensuring efficiency and performance
- Record **attendance, work hours, and other staff details**:

- Oversee **event setups and preparations** within the buildings
- Respond promptly to **on-ground requests and urgent cleaning needs**:

- Monitor and maintain **cleaning inventory and supplies**:

- Conduct **staff training** to ensure high cleaning standards and compliance
- Ensure staff adhere to **company policies, safety protocols, and hygiene standards**:

- Prepare and submit **daily reports** to the Account Manager
- Conduct daily audits and submit **monthly audit reports** for management review
- Supervise and coordinate any **overtime or ad-hoc cleaning jobs**:

- Boost **staff morale** and create a positive work environment
- Implement and enforce **disciplinary actions** when necessary

**Requirements**:

- Candidadte must posess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Melayu
- Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office
- 2-3 years experiences in a **supervisory role in cleaning or facility management**:

- Strong **leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills**:

- Ability to multitask and work in a **fast-paced environment**:

- Proficiency in **reporting and record-keeping**:

- Knowledge of **cleaning equipment, chemicals, and safety protocols**:

- Physically fit to oversee operations and handle urgent requests

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
