Involvement in planning and execution of the Organization’s Malaysia esports strategy,
- Responsible for improving the tournament performance of Esports teams
- Assisting with talent acquisition and recruitment of players, coaches and analysts.
- Responsible for the player schedules, deliverables, and various team requirements.
- Liaise with various Tournament Organizers and provide clear information and deliverables required to the various departments internally.
- Responsible for the esports teams day-to-day operations and management. Optimising management and performance systems
- Work cross functionally to ensure business objectives are being met.

**Key Requirements**
- Experienced in games, esports or traditional sports is preferred.
- Strong understanding of the mainstream esports scene in singapore, with project management experience.
- Passionate and a quick learner who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
- Highly effective cross-functional team management and multitasking skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills that is able to bring a team together
- Detail-oriented, self-starter who's always ready to take on challenges, skilled use of Microsoft Office and Google suites.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
- On call
