**Job Description**:

- To comply with the requirements of ISO 22000 and to support and to participate in ISO 22000 activities
- Act as ISO22000 Internal Auditor to conduct internal audit
- Supervise and coordinates activities of QA Technicians in data collections, testing procedures and compliance with the regulations such as ISO22000 to achieve quality output and meet delivery schedule.
- Maintain safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures, complying with legal regulations.
- Verify product packaging detail - Design, ingredients, products details, labels (Other country’s regulation) Manage audit system for food safety (HACCP, ISO, GMP etc.)
- Conduct microbiological analysis for finished goods and for environmental monitoring (surface & air), water and ice.
- Assist in maintaining laboratory documentations.
- Conduct yearly Halal internal audit and assist in planned external audit by MOH/customers.
- Conduct staff training (basic hygiene practices and Halal awareness).
- Conduct any ad-hoc requests from superior.
- Responsible for directing and supervising the QA Technicians in performing quality assurance inspection and testing with regard to purchased materials and parts, in-process parts and finished products to assure that established quality control standards are achieved.
- Responsible for the development, initiation and improvement of inspection methods and standards to ensure high quality and productivity of the QA department.
- Responsible to ensure that the procedures for disposition of discrepant material or non
- conformance parts are followed.
- Suggest and implement changes in working conditions and use of equipment to increase safety and efficiency of the department and the team.
- Analyze and resolve work problems.
- Determine corrective and preventive action.
- Initiate meeting with the Material Review Board regarding customer returns.
- Responsible to conduct training for new QA Technicians.
- Prepare reports to communicate outcomes of quality activities such as inspection

performance and improvement opportunities.
- Maintain safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures, complying with legal regulations.

**Requirements**:

- Supervise and coordinates activities of QA Technicians in data collections, testing procedures and compliance with the regulations such as ISO22000 to achieve quality output and meet delivery schedule.
- Minimum 1 year experience in food manufacturing industry (laboratory work and Halal).
- Holds Halal Executive Certificate by JAKIM is an added advantage.
- Experience in GMP & HACCP is an added advantage.
- Meticulous and demonstrate attentiveness to food quality and safety.
- Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (eg. Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
- Strong analytical skills in resolving quality issues.
- Strong supervisory skills.
- Able to work immediately.

Pay: RM993.73 - RM2,300.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

- Attendance bonus
- Overtime pay
