**Position Overview**:
**Educational Background**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
- Professional certification (e.g., LCCI, ACCA, CPA, MIA) is an advantage

**Experience Required**:

- Minimum **2 years of relevant working experience** in accounting or finance
- Experience in **preparing audit reports and liaising with external auditors**:

- Preferably with experience in handling full set of accounts

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle full set of accounts including GL, AP, AR, and bank reconciliation
- Prepare and review **monthly and yearly financial statements** and management reports
- **Coordinate with auditors** and ensure timely completion of **audit reports**:

- Maintain proper records for taxation (SST), payroll, and statutory submissions (EPF, SOCSO, PCB)
- Monitor and manage cash flow, payment cycles, and aging reports
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
- Ensure compliance with financial policies, accounting standards (e.g., MPERS, MFRS), and statutory requirements
- Liaise with banks, suppliers, tax agents, and relevant authorities

**Skills and Competencies**:

- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., SQL, AutoCount, **UBS**) and Microsoft Excel
- Strong understanding of Malaysian accounting and audit practices
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Good time management and ability to meet deadlines
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- High level of integrity and confidentiality in managing financial data

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ara Damansara: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

- Bachelor's (required)

**Experience**:

- Accounting: 2 years (required)

Willingness to travel:

- 75% (preferred)
