**Job Description**:
We are seeking an experienced marketing and communications professional who is motivated, organised and has previous knowledge in delivering marketing and communications initiatives. This role has scope to grow and will have an emphasis on raising internal understanding of best practice, owning coordination of market reports and being responsible for the marketing of key sectors and regions.
**Key responsibilities**:
- Be the custodian of brand guidelines and tools in Asia, including delivery of training and managing roll out of new templates or tools.
- Contribute to and support delivery of the Asia marketing and business development plan, working with directors, sector leads, PR agencies and marketing teams.
- Support the identification of key market trends, and support the translation of these into market reports, campaigns and initiatives that enable us to engage the market.
- Generate a drumbeat of news to provide consistent external profile and support internal profile raising.
- Develop and cascade our pipeline of brand raising activities to ensure we maintain a strong profile with both our current and target clients.
- Manage the production of key marketing collateral working with sector, key account leaders and campaign teams.
- Support the development and coordination of external offline and online events including webinars, roundtables, knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Manage the execution and analysis of marketing initiatives via digital channels such as electronic mailers and social media.
- Coordinate the identification and production of high-quality award submissions and our presence at industry events, ensuring return on investment from sponsorships, conferences and initiatives.
- Support and champion local and Asia Business Generation initiatives both within your own team and regionally as appropriate.
**Qualifications**:
- 3 years+ experience across business development, marketing and communications in the professional services sector, ideally within the built environment
- Relevant University level qualifications
**To succeed in this role, you will need to be able to**:
- Demonstrate strong copywriting skills and an ability to identify and shape key messages
- Have good design aesthetics and familiarity with LinkedIn content campaigns
- Have interest in sustainability, digitalisation and construction-related services
- Understand and able to share marketing and communications best practices
- Have a high attention to detail
- Be able to prioritise and manage multiple and tight deadlines
- Be agile and able to operate in a fast-paced environment
- Take responsibility for your own results and success of marketing initiatives
- Develop productive relationships with other Business Services teams, technical teams and other appropriate specialists within the business
