Position: Client Engagement & Marketing Executive

USEA Global is seeking a proactive and versatile **Client Engagement &**

**Marketing Executive** to join our growing team. This hybrid role combines

front-line customer service coordination with strategic client engagement and

LinkedIn marketing. You will play a critical role in nurturing client relationships,

supporting operational service delivery, and building USEA’s presence and

visibility among key stakeholders on LinkedIn.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Customer Service & Coordination**
- Coordinate maintenance jobs, troubleshoot issues, and schedule service engineers.
- Maintain accurate client databases, service records, and planning schedules with internal and external teams.
- Ensure seamless communication across departments and with customers to support smooth operations.
- Manage service documentation, assist in training logistics, and support team tasks as needed.
- Meet performance expectations based on assigned KPIs.

**Client Engagement & Pre-Sales Support**
- Proactively reach out to existing clients to build relationships and identify opportunities for engagement.
- Warm up leads for the Sales team by maintaining ongoing communication and fostering trust.
- Act as the first touchpoint in the client journey, paving the way for future sales meetings.
- Share client insights and opportunities with the Sales team to support conversion efforts.

**Social Media & LinkedIn Marketing**
- Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to create and maintain a LinkedIn content calendar and engagement strategy.
- Coordinate with external design/content agencies to produce onbrand social media content.
- Draft captions, plan posts, and ensure alignment with the company’s voice and goals.
- Actively engage with potential stakeholders, industry prospects, and target audiences on LinkedIn on behalf of the company (e.g., commenting, liking, messaging where appropriate).
- Monitor social engagement and suggest improvements to enhance visibility, relevance, and relationship-building.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in customer service, client relations, or marketing support.
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and interpersonal.
- Proactive and confident in engaging with clients, prospects, and stakeholders across platforms, especially LinkedIn.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and basic digital marketing practices.
- Organised, self-motivated, and capable of handling multiple tasks and timelines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM systems is a plus.
- Prior experience coordinating with creative or marketing agencies is an advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
