**Job Title: Client Engagement Executive (Hybrid Working Arrangement)**

**About the Role**
We’re seeking enthusiastic, people-oriented individuals to join us as **Client Engagement Executives**.

**What You’ll Do**
- Build meaningful connections with clients by understanding their goals, needs, and challenges.
- Provide clear, accurate information and recommend suitable solutions to support clients effectively.
- Maintain consistent communication and foster long-term client relationships.
- Keep records and handle simple administrative tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions, workshops, and team discussions to develop your skills.
- Stay updated on service changes and improvements to better support clients.

**Who We’re Looking For**
- Fresh graduates or early-career individuals — no experience needed
- Friendly, approachable, and confident in communicating with people.
- Proactive, motivated, and eager to learn and grow.
- Open to feedback and able to work both independently and in a team.
- Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month

**Language**:

- Mandarin (preferred)
