**About the Company**

Our client is a globally recognized **FX brokerage**, offering a wide range of trading products, including **Forex, Commodities, Indices, and Cryptocurrencies**. With a strong presence in multiple regions, they are expanding their footprint across **APAC and China**, and are looking for a **highly experienced Marketing Manager** to drive localized strategies and lead regional marketing efforts.

**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**

Develop and execute localized **marketing strategies** specifically tailored to **China** and **APAC** audiences.
Oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns, including **digital advertising, social media, content marketing, influencer collaborations, events, and sponsorships**.
Plan and manage regional **lead generation** initiatives, working closely with the **Sales Team** to align marketing efforts with business goals.
Manage and localize content across regional platforms such as **WeChat, Weibo, Douyin**, and **local FX forums**.
Build and maintain relationships with **local partners, affiliates, and media outlets** in the region.
Ensure all marketing activities comply with regional regulatory requirements and **brand guidelines**.
Analyze and **report on campaign performance**, identifying optimization opportunities to improve ROI.
Conduct regular **market research** to stay ahead of **competitor strategies, client behaviors, and industry trends** in APAC & China.

**Requirements**:
✔️ Minimum **5+ years’ experience** in a **similar role within an FX brokerage**, ideally with a focus on **APAC and China**.
✔️ In-depth knowledge of **the Chinese trading community** and **APAC trading behaviors**.
✔️ Strong understanding of **digital marketing platforms** relevant to the region, including **WeChat Ads, Baidu, Douyin, QQ, Weibo**, and **local trading forums**.
✔️ Proven experience in **lead generation** and **client acquisition campaigns** for FX/CFD products.
✔️ Ability to **create localized content** and manage **translation agencies** when needed.
✔️ Fluent in **English** and **Mandarin Chinese** (other APAC languages are a bonus).
✔️ Excellent project management and communication skills.
✔️ Experience working closely with **Sales and Affiliate teams**.
✔️ Strong understanding of **compliance and regulatory nuances** in APAC and China’s financial markets.
