- Providing user support for the global project management software system.
- Providing trainings of the project mangagement software tools for various user roles.
- Data maintenance in the project management system.
- Generation of Power BI reports and dashboards based on aggregated project data.
- Understand change requests for new features of the project management system and transfer the info specifications for the implementing IT department.
- Contribution to the change management of the project management software system.
- BSc or equivalent in engineering, technology, business administration or computer science.
- 3 - 5 years of professional experience in project work, project administration, PMO, or other experience in other role in a project management framework (PMI certification or other PM certificate is beneficial)
- International exposure. The position is part of a global team and has direct contact to global PM System user.
- Design & Development of High Technology Products.
- Project Management Methods, preferrably Project Management Institute certified.
- min B, IT affinity is mandatory (preferrably in the role of a Software Product Owner).
- Fluent International English.
- Customer oriented mindset, proactivness and system thinking is needed for this position.
