**Responsibilities**:

- Liaise with customers regarding their delivery orders.
- Prepare daily detailed Production Delivery Schedule.
- Coordinate activities involving delivery request with planners and operations.
- Manage indent orders and stock by providing customers forecast orders to planners.
- Issue packing instruction and delivery instructions.
- Assist marketing executives to key in trades into SAP.
- Prepare sales report at the end of the trading day.
- Maintain and file daily sales records.
- Ensure work executed is in compliance with relevant laws and regulations and maintain business integrity.
- Execute any duties as instructed by the superior from time to time for the benefit of the company.

**Job Requirements & Skills**:

- Proven experience as a marketing assistant.
- Good understanding of office management and marketing principles.
- Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines.
- Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach.
- Good knowledge of market research techniques and databases.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
- Exquisite communication and people skills
- Diploma holders in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant field are encouraged to apply.

Pay: RM2,100.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
