**Get to know the role**:
Under the supervision of the Manager and Assistant Manager, Senior Executive/Executive (Hostel) will research, source and negotiate on suitable properties to become a company hostel, setup hostel, JTK matters and etc. Leasing will perform all responsibilities as an integral coordinator in between landlord and management.
**Key Responsibilities**:
i. Responsible to handle company hostel pre-tenancy and post-tenancy matter such as issuance of letter of offer and tenancy agreement, collection of deposit, follow up on signing of agreements, handing over of premises.
ii. Ensure acceptance of Tenancy Agreement and deposit payments are completed within timeframe.
iii. Attend to tenancy related matters including negotiation, renewal and approval and handing.
iv. Coordinate with landlord on rental payments, renewal of leases and refund of deposit upon lease expiry.
v. Monitors all tenancy document activities to ensure they are always up-to-date and completed on time.
vi. Prepare and maintain tenancy agreements, management reports as well as documents with regards to lease transactions.
vii. To research, source and negotiate on suitable properties to become a company hostel.
viii. Conduct takeover/ handback the company hostel with Landlord and internal department.
ix. Liaising with Landlord regarding the unit issue, liaising with JMB for any kind of issue related to staff or landlord (regarding the hostel issue) and handling JTK matters. x. Other ad-hoc task as required by Management from time to time.
**Preferred Skills**:
1. Minimum of 2 years of managing hostel.
2. Having complete knowledge of and expertise in the field of work.
3. Good administrative capabilities along with standard communication skills.
4. The ability required for managing the company and ensuring the smooth running of each department.
Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
