Mill Business Analyst

**Key Responsibilities**:

- To finalize month-end closing for manufacturing account and present mill result to management team.
- Performs financial, business, and strategic analysis and recommends courses of action which would enable the unit to meet its financial and business objectives.
- Capital investment justifications, e.g., Payback, Net Present Value (NPV) & Internal Rate of Return (IRR).
- To prepare annual & quarter budgeting and forecasting for manufacturing accounts (COGS level) & distribution cost.
- To prepare monthly mill variance analysis.
- To prepared weekly & monthly report which related to mill eg. Waste report, maintenance report, energy report, production output, write off report & Mill performance matrix with KPIs.
- Monitoring and forecasting for the commodity price impact for P/L.
- Review and approve for quarterly corporate costing run and transfer pricing.
- To prepare cost analysis for new product development, product upgrade & specification change.
- Drive cost saving initiative for distribution cost & material cost (11 NMP).
- To support Cost Benefits Analysis which related to distribution and mill cost.
- To highlight and manage potential financial risk and opportunity to top management.
