**Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**
- Administer, optimise, and secure the **NetSuite platform**, ensuring system stability, data integrity, and performance.
- Lead and support **NetSuite implementation projects** from initiation through deployment.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to **review business processes, gather requirements, and design system interfaces**.
- Integrate NetSuite with other internal systems and ensure seamless data flow across platforms.
- Maintain and enhance existing system configurations and resolve technical and functional issues promptly.
- Prepare and deliver **reports, dashboards, and analytics** to support decision-making.
- Manage **data governance, cleansing, and migration** activities as required.
- Update and maintain **technical and functional documentation**, including systems design, workflows, and testing scripts.
- Conduct **end-user training**, workshops, and presentations to enhance platform adoption and efficiency.
- Identify and assess risks, escalating issues to management as appropriate.
- Collaborate with global teams to ensure consistent processes and best practices are followed.
- Provide **regular updates to the Global Finance Systems Manager** on project progress and operational matters.

**Qualifications and Experience**
- Minimum **5 years of experience with NetSuite ERP** in a systems, administrative, or implementation role.
- Proven experience **implementing finance or ERP solutions** at a large or global scale.
- Strong knowledge of **process mapping, system optimisation, and ERP best practices**.
- **NetSuite Certified ERP Consultant** (required).
- **SAP Business One or other ERP certifications** (advantageous but not essential).
- Bachelor’s degree in **Information Systems, Accounting, or related field**.

**Technical Skills (preferred)**
- **Power BI**, **Microsoft Excel**, **Oracle**, **SQL Database**, **Solution 7**, **Sharperlight**, **Crystal Reports**, **SuiteQL**.
- Familiarity with **Blackline** and **Celigo** integration tools.

Pay: RM20,000.00 - RM21,000.00 per month
