**Role Overview**

We are seeking a skilled **ERP Consultant** to join our team and play a pivotal role in optimizing ERP implementations, customizations, and enhancements for our clients. This role involves collaborating with clients to identify their business needs, configuring ERP systems, and ensuring seamless integration across departments.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Analyze client business processes and recommend ERP solutions to improve efficiency.
- Lead ERP implementation projects, including planning, configuration, testing, and go-live support.
- Customize ERP modules based on client requirements while adhering to best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful system integration and data migration.
- Conduct end-user training sessions and provide post-implementation support.
- Troubleshoot and resolve ERP system issues, ensuring mínimal downtime.
- Stay updated on ERP technologies and trends to offer innovative solutions to clients.
- Prepare detailed documentation, including system designs, workflows, and user manuals.

**Key Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as an ERP Consultant or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, etc.).
- Strong understanding of business processes in areas such as finance, supply chain, HR, or manufacturing.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience with SQL, database management, and ERP-related integrations is a plus.

**Preferred Skills**
- Certification in ERP systems (e.g., SAP Certified Consultant, Oracle Certified Specialist).
- Familiarity with cloud-based ERP solutions and emerging technologies.
- Knowledge of Agile or Waterfall project methodologies.
