We are looking for skilled ERP Functional Consultants with a strong finance background to join our growing team. This role, available at Junior to Senior Levels, focuses on designing, configuring, and implementing financial modules of leading ERP systems. Ideal candidates will bring vendor-side experience (e.g., working for an ERP vendor or its authorized partners/resellers) & a deep understanding of financial processes to deliver tailored solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

As an ERP Functional Consultant (Finance Focus), you will:

  • Partner with clients to analyze and document their financial processes and requirements focusing on areas such as GL, AP, AR, Budgeting, Reporting etc.
  • Configure and customize ERP financial modules to align with client specifications.
  • Support or lead ERP system implementations, ensuring smooth integration and functionality.
  • Provide training to end-users on financial module features and best practices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ERP financial functionalities.
  • Work collaboratively with technical and business teams to deliver successful outcomes.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and ERP advancements to recommend innovative solutions.

Minimum Requirements (Junior Candidates)

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • At least 1 years of relevant work experience in finance, accounting, ERP consulting, Software development or related fields.
  • A degree in Finance, Accounting, Professional accounting certifications (e.g., CPA, CIMA, ACCA, ICAEW) or other related discipline.
  • Solid knowledge of financial processes and accounting principles.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to thrive independently and in a team within a fast-paced setting.
  • Client-facing aptitude and strong interpersonal skills
  • Legal eligibility to work in Malaysia.

Additional Qualifications & Requirements (Senior-Level Candidates)

For senior roles, we highly value:

  • A proven track record in finance-related positions (e.g., financial analyst, accountant or related fields).
  • And experience as an ERP consultant with multiple full-cycle project implementations.
  • Familiarity with any ERP platforms like those from Oracle, SAP, or Microsoft etc.
  • Advanced expertise in financial modules and their integration with other business areas.
  • Experience working for an ERP software provider or its official partners and resellers.
