JOB SUMMARY In general ERP Functional Consultant, is responsible to understand business requirements and then transform them into a 'Business Process' in Vienna Advantage. A functional consultant connects the required modules configuration logic that would cover all activities of a business process. The Functional Consultant reports to the Managing Consultant. Job Overview A Functional Consultant must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, be detail oriented, able to work in a team environment and independently, and have the ability to solve complex problems. You will be Business-Value-Focused working closely with technical experts to deliver an optimized systems solution.. HR Functional Consultant is mainly responsible for designing, building and deploying VIENNA Advantage based ERP solutions. Supporting analysis and design in the HRM Module of the ERP, in close cooperation with the clients HR team and in house cross functional teams. Conducting structured testing internally and with users.. Ensuring stabilization of the solution and continuous improvements. Main Responsibilities Analysis and support in creation of Blueprint Document based on detailed understanding of the business requirements. Coordinate with the Technical Team for customization, configuration and development as per the Blueprint and Solution Design Document. Validate the reports requirements and coordinate with the Technical Team for development of reports. Validate the Reports in the system: attendance reports,leave reports. Perform Functional testing and Integration Testing. Prepare End user Training Documents. Provide training to the end-user and sort out day to day queries of end users. Provide UAT and Go-Live Support. Enhancement of the VIENNA Advantage for end users based on requirement. Qualification and Eligibility 2 - 5 years of experience. Fresh graduates with the willingness to learn can be considered. Degree in any discipline, B. Tech & MCA, MBA in HR would be preferred. Multi-module ERP experience (e.g., personnel administration, payroll administration, time reporting and employee leave accounting, applicant services). Strong presentation, verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas in easy to understand business terms to all levels of management including senior leaders. Possesses strong organizational and task management skills. Possesses good analytical skills. Exhibits effective team skills. Ability to make decisions at the project team level and properly escalate those decisions that cannot be resolved on a timely basis Skills Good Communication, Presentation & interpersonal Understanding of HR modules like: Performance Management Organization Management Payroll Process Compensation and benefits Leave Management
