Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in understanding client business needs and HR processes.
  • Participate in requirement gathering and documentation.
  • Support the configuration and testing of HR and Payroll modules. Help prepare training materials and support user training sessions.
  • Assist consultants during solution demonstrations and client meetings.
  • Provide support during system testing, go-live, and post-implementation phases.
  • Collaborate with technical and product teams for issue resolution

What You'll Learn

  • Hands-on experience in HR and Payroll system implementation.
  • Understanding of HR modules such as Core HR, Leave, Time Management, Compensation, and Employee Information.
  • Exposure to project management methodologies and enterprise software delivery.
  • Communication and consulting skills working with international teams and clients.

Who Can Apply

  • Fresh graduates with an MBA in HR, Systems, or General Management.
  • Strong interest in HR Technology, Consulting, or ERP Systems.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
