**Overview**:
As the Assistant Quality Assurance Manager, you will support the Senior Quality Assurance Manager in maintaining and improving the quality management system across our organization. Your role will involve assisting in the development and implementation of quality assurance policies and procedures, conducting audits, analyzing data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive quality initiatives. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to the enhancement of our products/services and ensure they meet or exceed customer expectations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Quality Assurance Process Support**:

- Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of quality assurance processes and procedures.
- Support the documentation and review of quality management system documents, including policies, SOPs, and work instructions.
- Collaborate with departmental heads to ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- **Auditing and Compliance**:

- Participate in internal and external audits to assess compliance with quality standards, regulations, and customer requirements.
- Assist in the preparation for audits, including gathering documentation, conducting pre-audit assessments, and coordinating audit activities.
- Support the implementation of corrective and preventive actions to address audit findings and improve quality performance.
- **Data Analysis and Reporting**:

- Collect, analyze, and interpret quality-related data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
- Prepare reports and presentations summarizing quality metrics, performance indicators, and key findings for management review.
- Assist in the development of dashboards and tools for real-time monitoring of quality performance.
- **Training and Education**:

- Support the development and delivery of quality-related training programs for employees at all levels of the organization.
- Provide guidance and support to staff on quality assurance processes, procedures, and best practices.
- Assist in promoting a culture of quality excellence through education, communication, and recognition.
- **Continuous Improvement Initiatives**:

- Participate in cross-functional teams to identify, prioritize, and implement continuous improvement projects aimed at enhancing quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
- Contribute ideas and suggestions for process improvements based on data analysis, industry best practices, and stakeholder feedback.
- Assist in the evaluation of new technologies, methodologies, and tools to improve quality assurance processes and systems.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Quality Management, Engineering, Business Administration).
- 2+ years of experience in quality assurance or related roles, preferably in a regulated industry.
- Knowledge of quality management principles, standards (e.g., ISO 9001), and regulatory requirements.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data to drive decision-making and process improvement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and thoroughness in all aspects of work.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with quality management software is a plus.
