**Role Overview & Primary Accountabilities**:
**Credit Analysis & Collections Management**:

- Conduct in-depth analysis of clients’ financial statements to assess creditworthiness and recommend credit limits
- Oversee the collection of outstanding debts, ensuring timely payments and managing delinquent accounts
- Evaluate and mitigate credit risks to minimize financial losses.
- Drive low receivables overdues and working capital opportunities

**Technical support**
- Provide technical support and guidance on related sales distribution modules and credit/collections module eg FSCM

**Process Improvement**
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in receivables, credit and collections operations.
- Analysis and reporting to drive information and initiative for improvement

**Training and Mentoring**
- Train and mentor junior analysts and other team members on best practices and technical tools

**Essential Requirements**:

- ** Educational Background**: A bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- ** Experience**: Typically, 5+ years in order to cash, with experience in a technical role. FMCG commercial experience is advantageous.
- ** Technical Skills**: Proficiency in digital tools, ERP systems, and advanced Excel skills.
- ** Soft Skills**: Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
