**Summary of the Position**:
Responsible to ensure the production process delivers high quality products in the most profitable manner.

**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Improve and optimize production output_
- Establish daily٫ weekly and monthly objectives and communicate them to employees
- Daily Job planning - Organizing, prioritizing tasks, monitoring progress, resolving problems, and reporting results to meet production goals
- Identify issues in product efficiency, trouble shoot and suggest improvements
- Supervising operations within a facility to achieve higher output
- Ensuring the flow of raw materials and other resources - WIP
- Ensures operation of equipment by calling for repairs and evaluating new equipment and techniques.
- Consult new employees on how to safely use machinery and follow procedures
- Identify areas for improvement, organizing training and educational manuals for the production team
- Create, improve and revise SOP or flow for new process or new product
- Reporting and analysis_
- Prepare and submit reports on performance and progress and present them to managers
- Maintaining communication between employees and management to ensure procedures and policies are well-understood
- Resolves personnel problems by analysing data, investigating issues, identifying solutions, and recommending action.
- Monitor daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicate them to employees
- Investigate Customer claim case, give input to QA, perform the corrective and preventive action needed.
- Compliances to ISO 9001 document control.
- Document all the design related file or references for easy access by other team member and compliances to ISO 9001.
- Shift work required.

**Qualification;**
- Engineering or Diploma (5-year experience), Bachelor Degree in engineering or other relevant area will be a bonus
- Proven 2+ years' experience of working as Production Supervisor or related to similar position
- Experience in a leadership position, such as group leader, demonstrates leadership abilities and may improve opportunities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
