Position: Production Supervisor

Location: Glenmarie, Shah Alam

Working Days/Hours: Monday – Friday, One Shift

Salary Range: RM5,500 – RM7,500 (based on experience)

Tenure: Permanent

We're looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to lead and motivate a production team, ensuring smooth operations, quality output, and a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and manage daily production activities to meet business targets.
  • Supervise, coach, and develop production staff.
  • Ensure quality, safety, and compliance standards are met.
  • Monitor performance and prepare regular production reports.
  • Drive continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3–5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge in safety, quality control, and process improvement.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM5, RM7,500.00 per month
