What you'll be doing?
  • Lead and inspire: Supervise, coach, and motivate production staff to achieve performance targets and maintain high morale.
  • Optimize production: Plan, organize, and coordinate daily production schedules to meet customer and business requirements.
  • Ensure quality: Implement and maintain quality control procedures to meet internal and external standards.
  • Prioritize safety: Enforce health and safety regulations and conduct regular inspections to maintain a safe work environment.
  • Drive improvement: Identify and implement process enhancements to boost productivity and reduce costs.
  • Manage resources: Oversee equipment maintenance and inventory levels to support smooth operations.
Who are they looking for?
  • Manufacturing leader: 3-5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, operations management, or a related field preferred. Equivalent professional experience will be considered.
  • Communication skills: Proficiency in Malay and English to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Analytical thinker: Ability to use data and logical reasoning to solve problems and make informed decisions.
  • Adaptable professional: Flexibility to respond positively to change and navigate challenges in a dynamic environment.
  • Detail-oriented: Strong commitment to maintaining high standards for accuracy, safety, and product quality.
