**Responsibilities**
- Responsible for the daily warehouse administration activities including receiving, storage, packing, scheduling deliveries and discrepancies reporting.
- Plan warehouse operations adhering to company policies and operating standards.
- Monitor the effectiveness of operating procedures, space utilization and make recommendations for improvements.
- Ensure 100% accuracy in quantities of stocks at warehouse.
- Plan, organize and verify on quantities and quality check (QC) of incoming stocks.
- Ensure stocks are packaged according to specification and shipped in a timely manner.
- Check and update merchandisers on slow-moving stocks regularly.
- Update operations and merchandising team on defective stocks and handle accordingly.
- Maintain clear and organised records to ensure all reports and delivery orders are filed and stored properly.
- General housekeeping and safety / equipment in the warehouse are in good condition.
- Assist management on building safety and maintenance works.
- Develop constructive and cooperative working relationships with those in the team, as well as cross-functionally.
- Drive initiatives in the warehouse team that contributes to long-term operational excellence.

**Requirements**:

- At least 3 years of working experience in storekeeping, inventory control or recordkeeping.
- Knowledge of proper inventory management.
- Familiar with stock room or warehouse environment.
- Excellent communication in english or bahasa or mandarin.
- Keen attention to detail and ability to effectively manage time.
- Computer literate with skills to operate common office equipment.
- Must be organized and punctual, self-starter, initiative.
- Strong team player with high commitment, integrity and professionalism & result oriented.
- Any other duties assigned by superior from time to time.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
