**About Lumi Cafe**:
Lumi Cafe is a vibrant and cozy spot where office professionals and adults can relax, enjoy delicious meals, and indulge in expertly crafted coffee. We are seeking an **Experienced Barista** and **Front of House All-Rounder** who is passionate about coffee, customer service, and engaging with our community both in-person and on social media. **Key Responsibilities**:
**Barista Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks including espresso-based beverages, lattes, cappuccinos, and more.
- Maintain and clean the coffee station and espresso machines, ensuring all equipment is in good working condition.
- Deliver excellent customer service by engaging with customers, understanding their preferences, and serving drinks with consistency.
- Keep up with coffee trends, creating new and exciting coffee-based beverages.
- Handle coffee-related inventory and assist with ordering stock, ensuring supplies are always available.
- Ensure drinks are prepared to the highest standard in terms of flavor and presentation.

**Front of House Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist customers, taking their orders and ensuring they have a positive cafe experience.
- Serve food and beverages in a timely and friendly manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the front of house area, ensuring the cafe is always welcoming.
- Process transactions accurately, including handling cash and digital payments.
- Provide a high level of customer service, addressing inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Assist with setting up and closing the cafe, including cleaning and restocking.

**Ordering & Inventory Management**:

- Assist with ordering and managing stock for food, beverages, and cafe supplies.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure that everything needed for service is stocked and fresh.

**Social Media Involvement**:

- Help curate content for Lumi Cafe’s social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, etc.) by taking photos of our coffee, food, and special events.
- Engage with our online community, responding to comments and messages to build brand awareness and customer loyalty.
- Collaborate with the team to highlight seasonal drinks, promotions, and cafe activities on social platforms.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience as a Barista for minimum 1 year.
- Strong knowledge of coffee-making techniques and espresso machine operation.
- Proficient in using social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.) for content creation.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- A creative and open-minded approach to coffee preparation and menu ideas.
- Strong attention to cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards.
- Team player with the ability to multitask.

Pay: RM1,600.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
