Trainee, Industrial Operations Trainee Program

**Role Purpose Statement**:
The Bunge IOTP is designed for recently graduated professionals who are ready to kickstart their career. Through “hands-on” experience and unique rotational learning opportunities in our industrial facilities, trainees will learn about the various aspects of our operations, understand our business, and gain technical skills in Bunge’s production processes, projects, and continuous improvement initiatives. Upon successful completion of the program, trainees will continue their career at Bunge in a full-time position that suits best with their career aspirations (Maintenance Engineer, Reliability Engineer, Maintenance Planner, Maintenance Scheduler, Maintenance Manager, etc.).

**Program Overview**

Start in one of our facilities across the regions, learn together as a group regionally, and individually at local level in day-to-day operations, within your specialization.

The program of 18 months is composed of 3 main stages:

- ** Nourish | 3 months**: Regional and plant onboarding, buddy up, settle, and prepare to grow.
- ** Grow | 9 months**: Hands-on learning within the team locally, develop and deepen Bunge Business knowledge and grow through a game and group learning curriculum.
- ** Flourish | 6 months**: Finalize the program with a group project and fine-tune skills of the future.

**Main Accountabilities**:

- On the job, virtual and classroom learning and development opportunities;
- Participate in a Mentoring Program;
- Work on real business challenges and gain exposure to cross-functional business experts and senior leadership;
- Gain field experience in multiple Bunge PG facilities;
- Build knowledge of cutting-edge technology used to production;
- Be part of a multinational, world-class team of innovative individuals.
- Take a permanent position in Bunge at the start of the Traineeship Program.

**Requirement**:

- Degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical)
- Excellent social skills and an eagerness to find solutions to complicated situations;
- Being adaptable to change and passionate about continuous improvement
- A strong motivation to learn, grow and develop as a team and individually;
- Excellent English language skills. Other languages are a benefit;
- The eagerness to consider work outside the home country based on company opportunities;
