Assist Fleet Executive to prepare tender document and product presentation.
- Assist on customer retention activities i.e. training, a customer visit, and plan/organize Fleet events.
- Constant communication with customers and updates ongoing promotions/campaigns for both Sales & After Sales.
- Assist/support branch sales & after-sales fleet activity and monitor their performance.
- Process and submit invoices with other related documents to fleet customers within the stipulated time given.
- Prepare and send new vehicle for inspection in Puspakom or JKR.
- Prepare and deliver new vehicle to fleet customer.
- Safekeep and maintain/service of demo vehicles according to manufacturer recommendation.
- Perform administration work and update/maintain filing.
- Responsible to safe keep and maintain corporate folder, merchandise, accessories and etc.
- Compile and upkeep Company form for tender requirement.
- Build a good rapport with customer and identify their requirements.
- Represent the brand in accordance to the dealer standards and Company requirements.
- Maintain a good working relationship with the Principal.
- Deliver excellent customer satisfaction.
- Undertake other special assignments, ad-hoc functions and related duties as and when required by the superior.

**Salary**: RM1,600.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
