**About ATC College**

ATC ACADEMY is the center Accredited by the Department of Skills Development (DSD) under Minister of Human Resources ,Skill Development Fund Corporation (PTPK) and Human Resource Development Fund (HRDF).

ATC Academy has also registered and recognized by the Department of Skills Development (JPK) under the Ministry of Human Resources (MHR) as a Certified Training Center) to run the Malaysia Skill Certification and Malaysia Skills Diploma programs in the field of Welding Technologies.

**Key Responsibilities1. Administration & Human Resources (Admin & HR)**
- Assist in maintaining student and staff records.
- Support recruitment processes (posting vacancies, arranging interviews, onboarding).
- Prepare and organise office documents, meeting minutes, and reports.
- Assist with staff training coordination and college events.
- Handle general administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, and correspondence.

**2. Accounts & Procurement**
- Assist in preparing invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers.
- Support data entry and maintain accounting records.
- Assist in procurement tasks including obtaining quotations and processing purchase orders.
- Liaise with suppliers to track deliveries and update inventory records.
- Maintain accurate filing of financial and procurement documents.

**3. Sales & Marketing**
- Assist in preparing marketing materials for student recruitment and college promotions.
- Support market research and competitor analysis for education sector trends.
- Maintain and update student inquiry databases.
- Assist in organising college open days, school visits, and promotional events.

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM500.00 - RM700.00 per month
