**How will you benefit?**

Gain a holistic understanding of the operations in the Information Technology dept by supporting day-to-day IT operations and work on digital transformations projects, including:

- Provide 1st level IT support by identifying, resolving and escalating the technical issues to ensure the service commitment is met and problems are solved.
- Handle the support and troubleshooting of IT infrastructure, such as PC, laptop, printers, wi-fi, networks and IT peripherals.
- Learn about the world of work and experience first-hand what it’s like to work in an office, interact with supervisors and colleagues, and handle internal customers.
- Internship allowance of RM 1,000 per month.

**This role is the right fit for you, if you are/have**:

- Currently pursuing a **Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science /Information Technology, or equivalent**.
- Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English and BM.
- Proactive and motivated individual, who is always eager to learn and grow.
- Able to work independently and is a good team player.
- Have own transport and willing to be based in Bukit Jelutong, Shah Alam.
