**Responsibilities**:
- Working closely with the HR manager to carry our department related tasks.
- Recruitment - assist the Human Resource Manager to work with recruitment platforms to interview and recruit for the right talents according to the Company’s needs and expansion plans
- Induction - assist the Human Resource Manager to create induction information and programs for new hires to ensure their smooth transition into the Company and their respective departments
- Organize and maintain the HR filing system; ensure accuracy and completeness of confidential personnel files and employee records; file and retrieve documents.
- Facilitate new employee onboarding process to ensure employees gain an understanding of corporate culture, benefits plan, etc.
- Schedule, plan, and coordinate staff activities.
- Administer health and welfare plans, including enrolments and terminations.
- Update our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms.
- Participate in organizing company events and careers days
- Work closely with the Marketing department in creating and executing videos, TikToks, photos, and such for any HR initiative
**What you need to have: **
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (preferable Insurance), Diploma or any equivalent
- Internship duration between 3 months - 6 months depending on University's/Institute's requirements.
- Proficient in using MS Office Application, especially Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills and detail-oriented to comprehend and summarize appropriate information.
