**Job Descriptions**:
- Monitor Attendance records and partially on payroll.
- Handling Foreign Workers permit renewal and hostel maintenance, etc.
- Handling maintenance of Office supplies, equipment, building, etc.
- Monitoring security guard, postage mail, courier services.
- Stationary, uniform, safety shoes purchases and stock control.
- Provide administration support to the day-to-day operations of HR & Admin Dept.
- Employee welfare arrangement (annual dinner event and occasional, etc).
- Any related tasks assigned by superior.
**Job Requirements**:
- Minimum Sijil Pertengahan Malaysia or Diploma.
- At least 1 year experience in related field, _**fresh graduate is welcome to apply**_.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
