**About the Role**:
Reporting to the Associate Manager, you will provide financial and administrative services to ensure efficient and accurate payment of accounts payable items. Resolve moderate to complex service requests and other customer inquiries. Identify and highlight to the line manager operational issues, including vendor and employee inquiries and provide solutions. Engage partners to resolve problems and implement improvements.

**You Will**:

- Receive and process accounts payable transactions and service requests; research and submit invoices.
- Perform periodic, complex research and investigation to resolve accounts payable issues and handle exceptions. Review with line manager.
- Perform monthly reconciliations observing payables policies and take appropriate action.
- Communicate with business owners regarding complex transactions; investigate and resolve items in team inboxes promptly.
- Work with internal partners to address disputes, performing customer outreach if necessary to ensure resolution of issues.
- Work with line manager to resolve accounts payable issues which have been elevated.
- May participate in special project teams to improve processes and coordinate metrics and goals; may provide suggestions and techniques to improve workflow and efficiency
- Prepare project related operations reports on volumes and progress as requested by line manager. May research prior reports and audit to ensure accuracy.
- Ensure policies, procedures remain updated.
- Support internal and external audit requests at all audit cycles.

**You Have**:

- 2-4 years' experience within an accounts payable function.
- Knowledge of Oracle Fusion.
- Spoken and written English language skills
- Proficiency with Excel (can perform complex functions)
- Plan and prioritisation experience
- Bachelor's Degree in business, finance, or accounting.
