Lead Specialist

**About the Role**:
Lead the team to performs customer support and sales operations to enable membership growth and sales to the large and small organisations. Use leadership and mentoring skills to support peers in providing concierge service to organisations. Take the lead on the team to ensure growth and evolution. You will report to Lead Manager - Firm and Business Operations
**You Will**:
- Identify firms which would benefit from the concierge service we provide.
- Reach out to potential firms to have them join firm billing
- Support the new firms at first to ensure their experience is positive
- Support membership and PCG sales to organisations
- Be the contact for Specialists and Associate Specialists if they have any question as how to facilitate sales with the Association.
- Support Specialists and Associate Specialists with pre-season conference calls with organisations
- Assist Specialists and Associate Specialists with their workload during high-peak season
- Communicate with AR on behalf of team for check-related issues
- Lead user acceptance testing of current and new CRMs to ensure Sales to Organisation functionality/processes are fit for purpose
- Firm billing liason to internal teams
- Communicate suppression with Membership Marketing team
- Be point of contact for firm sales team
**You Have**:
- Degree or equivalent on the firm support team
- Coaching/mentoring peers
- Excellent professional communication skills
- NetForum CRM knowledge at data field level
- Understanding of Association’s Dues Process
- Knowledge of Association technology systems
