- Contributing to OTIF executing country plans at the right touchpoint(s) and interactions. Marketing specialists ensure the right experience for our customers in all interactions with FC-P (both off

- Together with Channel Managers safeguard the consistency of our brand assets & and marketing execution

Facilitate Channel and Category growth in MYSG by focusing on key tasks under our agile commercial execution framework;
Mental Availability
- Support channel lead in execution of exhibitions, social media and website communications contents while safeguarding the consistency of our marketing and brand assets.
- Work with channel lead to develop sales materials for sales team
- Coordinate with distributors, baking/cooking schools and/or chef buddies to organize masterclass with our Brand Ambassadors.
- Execute perfect store at bakery ingredient shops based on channel strategy.
- Support channel lead in executing sponsorship strategy

Customer Preference
- Facilitate the key account conversion by helping put together pitching deck, marketing launch plan for LTO, tracking of local bakery and Coffee & Tea trends, arrange ideation sessions in close consultation with channel lead, Key Account Manager, Chef/Barista and Customer.
- Execute channel campaigns including tracking report for promotional sell out activities.
- Lead execution of planned roadshows with distributors and wholesalers.
- Update and maintain leads conversion list from events and roadshows.

Relevant Portfolio
- Core task of this position is execution based, so in this case around the execution of the launch of new NPDs.
