**Recruitment Marketing & Communications Specialist - Your new role?**
- We are seeking a talented Recruitment Marketing & Communications Specialist to join our team. The role is reporting to the Employer Branding Manager and part of the Global Talent Acquisition CoE (Center of Excellence) team. This role will be based in our Givaudan Malaysia office in Petaling Jaya.-
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create and manage content for various platforms, including social media, digital newsletters, job boards, and company website
- Setup and manage employer branding & marketing campaigns on various digital channels
- Create campaign reports with data and metrics to communicate to recruitment teams and other stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment marketing
- Support global/regional employer branding and sourcing initiatives, such as careers events and employee referral promotions

**Your professional profile includes**:

- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Graphic Design, Marketing or related field
- Min. 3 years of proven experience in digital marketing and content creation
- Ideally some first experience in HR / recruitment marketing / employer branding
- Strong proficiency in writing, storytelling, and visual aesthetics
- Proficient in using analytics to review effectiveness of campaigns
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Proficiency in English. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
