**_Responsibilities :_**

As a machine Technician, You will be responsible for the maintenance, repair and operation of complex machinery and equipment within our organization. Your Expertise in troubleshooting and problem-solving will be crucial in ensuring the continuous and efficient operation of these machine. You will work closely with a team of technicians, and production staff to meet production goals and maintain the highest quality standards.
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on machines and equipment to ensure optimal functionality and minimize.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues that raise that’s arise during machine operation. Develop solutions to address recurring problems.
- Calibrate and fine-tune machinery to maintain precision and accuracy in production processes.
- To set-up machines for various production runs, ensuring they are configured correctly for the specific product or task.
- Ensure that all machines meet safety standard and protocols. Implement safety procedures and guidelines for the machine operation
- Maintain accurate records of machine maintenance, repair, and operational data. Update and organize equipment manuals and documentation.
- Work with Production personnel, and other technicians to optimize machine performance and resolve technical issues.
- Identify areas for process improvement and suggest upgrades or modifications to machinery to enhance efficiency and reliability.

**_Requirements:_**
- High school SPM and equivalent; Technical or vocational training in machinery maintenance is preferred.
- At least 1 year(s) Experience in related field
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work well under pressure
