Preparation of request for inspections (RFI) with all necessary attachments - Coordinate & manage all flange management activities - Bolt torqueing / tensioning, hand torque wrench, pneumatic wrench, impact wrench, flange spreaders & nut splitter etc. - Responsible in preparation prior to Flange Management and Bolt Tightening Activities e.g. Joint Master list, Inspection Tools, Inspection Tagging. - Participate in Quality, technical, site progress or other project meetings/ discussions when assigned by QAQC Engineer. - Review and provide input to project final documentation. - Review Sub Contractor’s personnel qualification and experience are satisfactory in accordance project requirement and procedures. - Inspection of piping and mechanical equipment flange components against project specifications to ensure compliance to approved procedure. - Witness all flange management activities - Bolt torqueing / tensioning, hand torque wrench, pneumatic wrench, impact wrench, flange spreaders & nut splitter etc. - Witness Sub Contractor’s Inspection, Test & Measurement Equipment (ITME) site calibration when & where applicable - Witness materials and equipment receiving inspection or surveillance as indicated in the ITP. - Compliance with the project Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) policies and procedures. Requirement: 1. Possess valid Petronas CCA in JIT Inspector/Coordinator 2. 5 years working experience in flange bolting and joint tightening. 3. Valid OGSP, CIDB, E-Vetting and Petronas AME Medical Report.
