Job Responsibilities;
- Provide proactive feedback of credit risk profiles to management for approval.
- Prepare Customer Credit Review for approval.
- Provide timely follow up on payment arrangements.
- Closely monitor overdue accounts with sales associates and customers, follow up on collections with the problematic customer, provide settlement solution, send reminder or proceed legal action if necessary.
- Negotiate Payment Schedules with customer
- Liaise with solicitors on legal cases
- Coordinate on project as and when there is
- Provide guidance and solution to new recruits problematic case.

Job Requirement;
- Required language(s): Mandarin, English
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Bandar Baru Bangi.
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent.
- Full-Time position(s) available.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
