Boilerman

**Responsibilities**
- To ensure the boiler, turbine and Genset operation is carried in good and safe manner according to DOSH requirement.
- To ensure the boiler’s steam pressure at optimum level most of the time.
- To ensure the turbine and Genset running at optimum capacity.
- To ensure the Back Pressure Receiver (BPR) can provide enough steam for process requirement.
- To perform routine cleaning and maintenance of boiler, equipment, machineries, etc. to ensure the boiler is at good running condition at all times.
- To record the boiler operation into the log book and to report any abnormalities to the HOD.
- To ensure safety at workplace is comply at all times.
- To take care of the overall cleanliness of the boiler house and its surrounding.

**Requirements**:

- Experience on boiler hands-on operation and maintenance practice.
- Experience in Palm Oil industry is added advantage
- Min SPM and Steam Boiler Grade 2 / Internal Combustion Engine certificate issued by DOSH.
- Ability to comply JKKP’s annual inspection and requirement of boiler.
- Able to work independently and with minimum supervision.
- First-aid cert (optional).

License/Certification:
