**POSITION** : General Manager, Penang Malaysia

**WORKING HOURS & DAYS**: MONDAY - FRIDAY

**QUALIFICATION**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Economics/Logistics or a related

field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably as a

General Manager in managing a business unit/ branch or similar position in
MNC freight forwarding industry.
- Possess experience in people management and leadership.
- Educational qualifications can be compensated by working experience

**JOB SCOPE**:

- Has responsibility for Branch EBIT
- Fulfill and exceed customer expectations by providing the highest possible service quality to the customers;
- Optimize the transaction, increase sales and manage costs optimally
- Responsible for strong growth within the branch and maximal utilization of

business potential
- Continuously strive for high operational productivity, competitive efficiency and

best quality
- Each branch will continuously strive for maximum productivity to assume
- Fully adhere to all defined global processes, policies and standards and to

local law
- Develop and expand customer relationships
- Responsible for the standardization of processes, structures and systems

according to cluster management decision;

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: Up to RM30,000.00 per month
