- **Brew Crew Opportunity**_

Our Global Brew Crew is seeking a Halal Intern to support the CBTL Halal Assurance System and assist with halal certification for Production and cafés.
- **Key Responsibilities**_

In this role, you will:

- Assist in organizing Halal Assurance System documentation.
- Assist in maintaining the halal ingredients master list, ensuring proper documentation is available and up to date by liaising with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Assist during audits by the halal authority and support internal halal audits in Production.
- Track the completion rate of halal awareness training to ensure all staff are properly trained.
- Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned by your superior from time to time.
- **Your Ingredients**_
- Possess at least a Diploma in related fields (e.g., Halal Management/Food Science/Food Technology).
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet business needs.
- Fast learner with the ability to work independently.
- Having a Professional Halal Executive certificate is an added advantage.
