1. To ensure quality control activities to comply with GMP and GLP, Halal standard and any local authority's requirements. 2. Update SOPs, upkeep SOPs 3. To prepare report for Management to review 4. To generate weekly, monthly and yearly report to Head, Research & Quality Management. 5. To implement and draw up a microbiological map for the facility. 6. To ensure smooth running of monthly services including Pest Control, RO Water System, Compress Air System, Air Conditioning System and Environment Monitoring of the production plan to meet the cGMP standard. 7. To ensure product manufactured meets the specific and main product quality. 8. To ensure complies of all internal and external guidelines (including PIC/S, GLP, WHO) in area of responsibility. 9. To achieve/exceed key performance indicator as agreed upon. 10. To conduct any job assigned by the superior. 11. To make sure that environmental testing, hygiene testing, microbial limit testing, heavy metal testing and others were done accordingly to SOP. 12. To involve in the preparation of ISO 17025. 13. To actively involved in the preparation of Validation Master Plan. 14. To ensure the chemical testing for incoming raw material, outgoing finish products, retest items are done according to the SOP's. 15. To be able to handle AAS, HPLC and laboratory equipment. 16. To maintain documents for early retrieve ability. 17. To ensure timely response to communications 18. To comply and establish MS 14001:2015 Environmental Management System (EMS) in place. 19.
