- **Brew Crew Opportunity**_

Our Global Brew Crew is seeking a Quality Assurance Executive, responsible in enforcement of quality and halal standards in cafés and third-party logistics warehouse by performing quality assurance activities.
- **Key Responsibilities**_

In this role, you are responsible:

- To conduct quarterly food safety & hygiene inspection for all cafes to ensure compliance to regulatory requirements & internal standards.
- To manage halal awareness training for café brew crew - delivery of training, monitor completion of training modules.
- To conduct preliminary & internal halal audits in cafés.
- To conduct follow-up visits in under-performing cafés.
- To conduct periodic third-party logistics & external warehouse inspection and supplier audit.
- To be involved in HACCP & MSQH certification in selected cafes by making sure internal system comply with the requirements.
- To conduct Food Handler Training for all TCB&TL crews (for MOH certified Food Handler Trainers only).
- To coordinate & provide support to Operations department during MOH or local authority audits as and when necessary.
- To evaluate & propose quality improvement initiatives deemed necessary.
- To perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned by Superior from time to time.
- **Your Ingredients**_
- Bachelor's Degree in Food Science/Food Technology or other related discipline.
- At least 1-2 years of working experience in the related field.
- **MUST **be a Certified Halal Executive certificate holder.
- Knowledgeable in outlet operations, HACCP and GMP.
- Certified Food Handler Trainer.
- A keen eye for detail.
- Auditing experience and ability to prepare comprehensive audit reports.
- Excellent communication and inter-personal skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet business requirements.
- Ability to work independently.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
