Social Media Growth & Video Content Specialist

We’re looking for **energetic, self-driven individuals aged 25 or below** who are passionate about social media growth and video content creation to help us achieve 10+ million views in record time.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create, edit, and optimise engaging short-form videos daily for platforms like YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels, and TikTok.
- Develop and execute creative growth strategies to boost followers, engagement, and views.
- Stay ahead of trends, leveraging viral opportunities and platform algorithms.
- Monitor analytics to refine strategies and ensure top performance.
- Work independently, taking initiative and ownership of ideas and results.

**Who We’re Looking For**:

- **Age**: 25 or below, with a youthful, creative mindset.
- Proven skills in video editing using tools like Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, CapCut, or similar.
- A track record of growing social media accounts (e.g., achieving 10k+ followers or viral video success).
- Strong understanding of platform-specific trends, algorithms, and audience behaviour.
- Self-driven, result-oriented, and excited about challenges.

This role is 100% performance-based. Your earnings will reflect the results you deliver, including:
