About the Role

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media & Digital Marketing Manager with a strong background in digital marketing and real estate. You'll play a key role in building our client's online presence, driving audience engagement, and delivering measurable marketing outcomes. This is a full-time, remote role ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and has hands-on experience with digital marketing strategy, social platforms, and real estate campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns aligned with real estate and business goals
  • Manage and optimize social media channels: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube
  • Create, schedule, and publish compelling content including property highlights, reels, ads, and virtual tours
  • Implement SEO and digital strategies to boost online visibility and generate quality leads
  • Produce and edit short-form video content tailored to real estate audiences
  • Track KPIs, analyze results, and prepare performance reports to refine marketing strategies
  • Manage online community engagement, inquiries, and client interactions
  • Collaborate with sales, property, and design teams to ensure consistent digital brand messaging

What We Are Looking For

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Digital Marketing & Social Media Management
  • Proven experience in Real Estate Marketing (must-have)
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field preferred
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, paid ads (Facebook/Google), and digital lead generation strategies
  • Proficiency in video editing tools for short-form content (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)
  • Up-to-date with digital trends, marketing tools, and automation platforms (CRM experience is a plus)
  • Strong visual storytelling, branding, and copywriting skills
  • Experience working with Australian clients or companies is required
