Full time: 11am - 8pm / 3pm - 12am

Time can be discussed during the interview
- Greet and welcome guest/customer as soon as they arrive at the center
- Handling all phone calls and manage internal & external customers timely and professionally
- To ensure that no unauthorized people are allowed to enter the office
- Maintains security by following procedures, COVID SOPs, monitoring record for visitor
- To ensure reception area is tidy and presentable with all necessary stationery and materials
- Update calendars and schedule to slot new customer or old customer
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties as filing, photocopying and so on
- Perform all other ad hoc task assigned by line management
- Prepare the monthly sales report before the date line.
- To assist in handling office maintenance & upkeep including office facilities and equipment
- Responsible to ensure the condition of building such as front area, lobby, pantry are in highest state cleanliness and also preparing drink for director or any VIP guest.

**Requirements**:

- Able to work **morning shifts**:

- Must be a **Computer literate, familiar in using laptop and social media platforms** (e.g. Facebook,Instagram & WhatsApp)
- No prior experience is required. Experienced working as a front desk receptionist in a retail/ wellness centre will be an added advantage.

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bukit Mertajam: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
