**Position overview**:
Are you passionate about working with the global HR ERP system and being a part of using it on a deeper level? Do you want to advance your career working on exciting projects?

We're looking for an accurate, detail-oriented, and motivated person to join our Digital HR team. This position will be based in either Petaling Jaya, Malaysia office OR Riga, Latvia

As an HRIS Analyst (SuccessFactors), you will be responsible for assisting in testing and supporting different HR systems.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform Global HR data governance.
- Act as a super-user throughout all modules of SAP Success Factor.
- Analyze functional requirements from HR.
- Assist in implementing, testing, and supporting the HR systems and business process documentation.
- Review centrally maintained data based on input from HR.
- Perform data quality checks.
- Provide HRIS training and support to users.
- Assist with quarterly SAP Success Factors releases.
- Troubleshoot and solve HRIS helpdesk tickets.
- Retain confidential employee data complete and secure.

**Required skills and experience**:

- Fluent in English.
- Knowledge of SuccessFactors.
- Knowledge of SuccessFactors business rules and SAP CPI is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills and good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to transform difficulties into opportunities.
- Keen to develop skills in both functional support as well as development area within the SAP SuccessFactors area.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in any relevant field, preferably from a technical/ IT background.
