**Job Requirement**:
1. Minimum SPM or with related experience.

2. Minimum 2-3 years in supervisory level, knowledge in gloves environment is added advantage.

3. Disciplined, positive attitude, initiative & must be hands on.

4. Communicate well with superior and subordinates.

5. Manage & supervise a group of Department Leaders / Operators to achieve set objectives.

6. Able to furnish relevant reports on-time.

**Responsibility**:
1. To ensure that the Packing Department is run effectively and at low cost.

2. Co-ordination of the following functions (Production, Packing, Store, Personnel and Administration and Maintenance) to meet ongoing customer’s requirements with effectives cost control.

3. Responsible to manage the performance of respective shifts.

4. Responsible to overseeing of the shift packing activities and in assisting Executive and Packing Manager in achieving the shift targets in respect to quality, volume and cost.

5. Coordinating and assisting in production planning and control.

6. Ensure that GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) is being observed at all times.

7. Manpower allocation for the various packing activities.

8. Ensure packaging materials are sufficient at all times.

9. Ensure packing orders are carried out on a priority basis as planned by the Packing Executive or Packing Section Manager.

10. To meet customer's expectation on quality of goods, correctness of packaging and all related issues to customer's satisfaction.

11. Provide shift reports pertaining to output, quality, wastage and cost and monthly physical inventory report.

12. Maintain an harmonies working environment and exercise strict discipline at all times.

13. To carry out any other duties and responsible as directed by immediate superior from time to time.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
